Basic gymnastics training that provides great coordination, strength, flexibility, air awareness, discipline, safety comprehension and some general gymnastics skills. These tools develop a strong foundation for any movement-based activity/sport that a child chooses to pursue.

Our advance gymnastics class is for students who have mastered basic and intermediate skills. The class offers continued challenges in their strength, flexibility, shaping, and more advanced gymnastics skills on each apparatus. Gymnast must be evaluated before enrollment to determine if they are ready.

First class our students participate in all by themselves! Class helps promote physical fitness, in addition to introducing basic gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and more! Preschoolers are encouraged to discover turn taking, manners and other early childhood social skills as well as developing body awareness, coordination, and cooperative learning.

A parent or guardian participates to help guide during class. Class helps emphasis the development of motor skills and coordination we will introduce them to basic gymnastic body positions and simple stretching. This class is an opportunity to aide in boosting social skills such as listening, sharing, taking turns and developing friendships.
