Attire
A shirt with shorts/pants with no zippers, buttons, or snaps will do just fine. A leotard/unitard if you have one. No Midriff Showing

Monthly tuition
All accounts are set to a monthly automatic payment for the months that you are enrolled. Payments are processed on the 1st of each month. After attending a trial class your tuition will be prorated for the remaining weeks left in the month if you would like to sign up.

Discounts
We offer a 5% discount for siblings, educators, first responders, and military families. One Discount Per Family

New to CCG? Scheduling Your Trial
Before enrolling, we will need to schedule your trial. Give us a call or email to get your trial scheduled. Scheduling is important to be sure the class availability has not changed due to trials being schedule daily.

Make Ups
CCG offers make-up classes to any participant in good standing. You must call/email in before the start of class and let us know you will miss, only these will be allowed make ups. Make up’s can only be scheduled in classes that have space and does not negatively affect the quality of class for other students. Holiday breaks are included in the schedule breakdown. There are no make-up classes given for the below dates.

Sick
It’s our expectation that if you are coming to CCG, it means that you are healthy and have not come into contact with someone that has COVID-19. Our policy requires your child to stay home if he/she is sick or contagious and if it has been less than 24 hours since they’ve had a fever, been vomiting or had diarrhea. Pink eye and LICE are considered contagious and must be cleared before returning.

If you or your child(ren) are directly exposed to Covid 19 per CDC guidelines, they may return:

    • After day 10 without testing and are symptom-free OR
    • After day 7 after receiving a negative test result (test must occur on day 5 or later) must email results before returning

Inclement Weather
Circumstances involving inclement weather may result in the gym closing. A text notification will be sent to all members, and an announcement will be posted on our social media accounts and website. A make-up class will be offered for

Notification of Withdrawal
Although you are charged monthly for tuition, we still require our withdrawal notice submitted before the 20th of each month to withdraw from the program. Notices received after the 20th will result in a charge for the upcoming month and will push back the withdrawal date to the following month.
